With nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate sector, together with more than eight years working in a busy Spanish Notary office, we understand every stage of the transaction from both the property and legal–tax perspectives. Working in an office handling over 7,000 deeds and legal transactions each year provided us with invaluable practical knowledge of property conveyancing, inheritance matters, donations and Spanish property taxation.
This unique background gives us a level of practical knowledge that very few property professionals can offer.
