The current official fees are approximately €128 for one activity/class. If additional activities/classes are required, the official fees are approximately €90 per extra class.
For applications covering multiple activities/classes, Windmill Group Spain charges an additional €20 + VAT per extra class, up to a maximum professional fee of €300 + VAT, plus the official government application fees.
Important Information
In some cases, the trademark application may be challenged or rejected by the authorities or by third parties. If additional legal assistance from specialised intellectual property professionals becomes necessary, this would involve separate additional costs charged directly by the relevant professional.
A registered trademark in Spain is valid for 10 years and can be renewed indefinitely.
