Legal & Notary Support
For your legal peace of mind, you have complete flexibility:
• You may choose to work with our trusted property conveyance partners, who are experienced, efficient, and offer competitive fixed fees.
• Or you are free to appoint your own independent solicitor, although this option is typically more expensive and varies in cost depending on the professional chosen.
Our team will ensure full coordination throughout the process and will accompany you (together with your legal representative) to the Notary for the signing of the Title Deeds, when required.
New Build Property Updates & Progress Monitoring
If your property is under construction or newly completed, our after-sales team will:
• Carry out property inspections on your behalf.
• Provide photographic updates on construction progress.
• Keep you informed at every stage until completion.
Final New Build Property Inspection Before Completion
When you travel to Spain to sign the Deeds, we will:
• Personally accompany you to the property.
• Conduct a final inspection together with you.
• Ensure that everything is completed exactly as agreed before you take ownership.
It is also important to note that developers provide a basic construction clean (site/hand-over clean) prior to delivery. This is not a detailed or deep cleaning service, but rather a general cleaning to remove construction debris.
As a result, the property will not be presented in a fully detailed or “hotel-standard” condition, and we always recommend that owners arrange a professional deep clean after handover, to ensure the property is completely spotless before moving in or using it.
Our priority is to ensure that your new home is structurally correct, fully completed, and ready for occupation as agreed.
Financial & Banking Assistance
To make your relocation easier, we will assist you with:
• Opening a Spanish bank account.
• Guidance and support in applying for a Spanish mortgage (if required).
