LOCATION AND GENERAL DESCRIPTION

This estate, dedicated to hunting and agricultural activities, is located in Castilla-La Mancha, approximately 40 km from the provincial capital.

The landscape is defined by the fertile plains of the River Guadiana, which forms the northern boundary, together with one of its tributaries forming the western boundary, and the Riverside Mountain Range (834 metres above sea level), which crosses the estate from east to west.

The property extends to 2,664.48 hectares (26,644,800 m²) and is divided into six sectors:

Although it is a protected natural area, access is subject to the owner's authorisation as it is located on private land.

The process for its designation as a Natural Monument commenced in December 1998 and official protection status was granted in October 1999.

The estate fully encompasses a riverside mountain range reaching approximately 834 metres above sea level.
